Responsibilities include:
1. Handle admin tasks
2. Maintain notes on meetings of the founder and CEO and set them up as tasks on the admin, finance, legal, IT, and marketing boards
3. Maintain accurate inventory of all items in the studio and assign and collect all equipment at the time of exit or employees
4. Work on being in charge of getting rid of older inventory and maintaining a minimal and lean inventory
5. Work on being in charge of the d cor and general housekeeping for the studio
6. Book travel, hotels, and transportation for eligible employees and maintain reimbursements and receipts
7. Handle basic procurement of supplies via online e-commerce or through approved vendors
8. Work as a gatekeeper for all documentation and in charge of filing
9. Assist in the creation of company documents like offer letters, bank letters, etc.
10. Help manage employee/contractor/intern records, files, onboarding/exit of employees, etc.
11. Draft and post-hiring posts for the studio online and offline
12. Work on being the key point of contact for all HR tasks and activities
13. Maintain and audit all files saved on the various physical and digital drives internally and for clients
14. Communicate with vendors and external contractors on their on boarding, payments, and negotiating pricing based on market rates and the agreed SOW
