Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on market research and market reach out and lead generation
2. Coordinate between the customer and internal team and monitor the activies
3. Work on customer relation management
4. Monitor day-to-day activites within the organization

1. Must have exposure to Industrial Automation and its concepts

2. Must have project management and operations management skills

3. Must be self-driven and willing to take up the responsibility to achieve targets

4. Must have good knowledge of market research, market mapping, and potential customer identification

5. Must have excellent communication skills to engage with clients

6. Must have great customer relationship management skills

7. Must be good at upselling and cross-selling

8. Must be good at customer retention and also maintain relations with vendors and partners

9. Must be able to handle commercial negotiations and manage the complete commercial process

10. Must have strong interpersonal and coordination skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with enthusiasm to learn

11. Must be good with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

12. Must be willing to travel when necessary

13. Must have proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada

14. Must have educational qualification in MBA/ M.tech or B.Tech in mechatronics/ mechanical/electronics & communications/instrumentation/electrical
