About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create schedules, collect participants profiles, reading materials, session materials are to be uploaded on JLC/EduNxt prior to program commencement
2. Provide operational support for smooth conduction of all training sessions across different client locations by coordination between faculty, client, HOP, and facilities
3. Collect feedback, attendance, photographs, distribution of study materials, and floor management at client location on the training sessions
4. Facilitate timely generation of MIS reports and post-program reports
5. Maintenance of all product notes, class materials, TOC, participant submissions by program, client, vertical/domain to facilitate client interaction, student engagement, and customization for future programs
6. Maintain/improve/upgrade repository with all relevant materials
7. Maintain faculty profiles, records, optimal travel plans and schedules, NDA purchase orders for materials/books
8. Execution of activities as per process and playbook for different programs and continuous upgrade of process list for improvement and quality
