Job Description

Designation: Operations

Responsibilities include:

1. Being the point of contact for the dealer network and the fleet operators in a particular region
2. Developing vehicle deployment strategy for different Tier 2 cities based on demand and requirements
3. Maintaining a dashboard of the vehicle deployments across the region
4. Identifying routes used by fleet operators and identifying locations
infrastructure through on-ground scouting along these routes
5. Coordinating with the tech team and after-sales team to troubleshoot issues faced by fleets on the ground
