Designation :- Operations

Number of openings - 2

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

Addressing the queries of customers or partner hotels over call & email and providing the required support
Coordinating the bookings with the hotel & the customer and managing customer queries over email/chat/call
Collecting feedback from customers and managing escalations
Generating profile for partner hotels based on the data provided on our platform and getting the hotel live on our website
Providing support in HR/administrative/ finance or other functions and other support services based on the requirement
