Responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end ownership and delivery of MPLsports.in and other in-app journeys within MPL.live - the official Indian cricket team jersey/kit sponsors
2. Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
3. Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling, and storage of products
4. Work with the sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers
5. Conduct checks on documents provided by logistics providers
6. Assist in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed
7. Take responsibility for local and overseas purchases
8. Coordinate with shipping agents for customs clearance processes
9. Handle overall warehouse management, including storeroom movements and outsourced services e.g. warehouse layout, inventory control, logistics, and documents
10. Process and provide accurate invoices to clients based on sales orders, and ensure profits are maintained
11. Work closely with the finance team to ensure the completeness of sales transactions
