Petsearch is a unique platform which fulfills all of a pet parents' requirements. Right from adoption to food to grooming, we aim to cater to all pet services. We are an adoption platform enabling our users to scout for different kind of pets present in their neighborhood. Pet owners can also post about pets they wish to give for adoption. With a high focus on content, we provide information about various breeds of cats and dogs. This helps new owners pick the one most suited to their lifestyle and at the same time equips them with all the knowledge and techniques required to raise a pet. Taking care of pets should be a hassle-free experience and we strive to ensure our users feel the same. In our pet food vertical, users can subscribe to 'Meals for Pets' from our very own kitchen and have it delivered to their doorstep. We believe that nutrition is very important for a pet's short life and if we don't eat out of a packet every day then they shouldn't either.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding and helping the partners with the induction process
2. Understanding customer requirements and proactively helping them out
3. Creating and maintaining the customer relationship via messages and calls
4. Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors
5. Sourcing necessary material when required
