Responsibilities include :

1. Get deep into various verticals like operations, marketing, etc., and come up with new processes and strategies to improve operational efficiencies and scale the vertical
2. Conduct fast experiments to help to stay ahead in the game
3. Build new workflows to assist in the overall team strategy
4. Analyze data to identify actionably
5. Establish cross-team relationships to enable the execution of multi-functional processes
6. Execute identified actionable by taking along the relevant team members
7. Grow along with the business and take on larger responsibilities in the near future

6. Both freshers (graduates from commerce streams are preferred) and candidates with 1-3 years of experience in retail or FMCG business can apply
