Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
2. Working end-to-end on action plans, following procedures, managing changes with properties and other vendors
3. Creating off-beat experiences for our projects and integrating resident preferences
4. Managing inventory, maintaining collaterals, and packing them for the upcoming editions
5. Coordinating with the on-ground team for the completion of day-to-day tasks while supporting the back-end team
6. Monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers
7. Assisting the ops team with back-end work on a daily basis and supporting them where ever required
8. Ensuring the success of our editions by being in touch with our users on a weekly basis and solving their questions regarding travel and logistics
