About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the logistics trackers for orders in an accurate and timely manner
2. Coordinating with sellers for timely dispatch of orders
3. Managing seller queries related to orders
4. Responding to customer queries over multiple channels in a timely manner
5. Troubleshooting customer issues with an empathetic approach
6. Owning the middle office system for customer and seller support for orders
7. Owning the entire new partner-onboarding on the website
8. Co-ordinating with the brand for product line-sheets
9. Working with the curation and cataloging team for pre-listing curation
10. Working with the agency for error-free product uploads within tight TATs
11. Working with the cataloging team for completing the tagging
12. Taking complete ownership of listings on the website
13. Owning the inventory syncing process between brands and The Nestery
14. Editing existing listings
15. Setting up and removing discounts on the website
16. Creating collections on the website for specific campaigns
