Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Following senior salespersons' guidance to prepare purchase order invoice and acknowledgment
2. Preparing quotations and other documentation, answering phone calls of the distributors, and replying for their email quarries
3. Processing supervised invoice, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos, and payment transactions
4. Overseeing daily office operations and composing and drafting all outgoing email correspondence and reports for managers
5. Tracking incoming and outgoing calls the enquires of the customer
6. Monitoring payments due from clients and promptly contacting clients with past due payments
