WeMakeScholars is an organization funded and supported by the government of India under the 'Digital India Campaign'. Our motive is to offer unbiased support to students with international education finance via scholarships and education loans. It is one of the biggest scholarship aggregators globally with more than 26,000 scholarships on the portal and more than 1.5 million students from 200 countries access it every year. For education loans, we work with 14+ banks (public/private) in India/abroad including top banks like State Bank of India. We are a 2-year old startup with a quite small team and hence a lot to learn.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting with student inbound inquiries who are looking for education loans to study abroad and guiding them end-to-end
2. Following up and working closely with our banking partners in India (SBI, Axis Bank, etc.) and abroad and assist the students in their education loan sanction

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum

On the skills front, this job role will greatly help you polish your communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. If performed well during the entire tenure, you will be eligible to receive a recommendation letter from the founders.
