Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Manage correspondence (parcels etc)
3. Work on supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
4. Create and update records and databases with personnel and HR data
5. Work on tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
6. Work on overseeing daily operations of the HR department
7. Work on assisting in material management
8. Work on assisting colleagues whenever necessary
