We are looking forward to an operation coordinator joining our admin & operations team. This person will be aiding in all aspects of the sales & operations team's programs, including communication, records, sales overview, and administration.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain a positive final mile delivery experience for our online sales including order review, cancellation, backorder, and response through an online portal and direct contact with suppliers
2. Handle cross-functional communication and collaboration
3. Handle day-to-day business operations with external and internal team members
4. Work on vendor follow-ups, communication, and onboarding of new vendors
5. Assist with the customer support operations department
6. Provide required inputs to suppliers to manage customer feedback
7. Develop and maintain a standard operating procedure (SOP) for e-commerce operations
8. Work on the maintenance and creation of reporting mechanisms for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking
