Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on transiting a smooth patient life cycle in the system
2. Work on designing, implementing and executing standard operational procedures to track the patient experience
3. Work on tracking support mechanisms, such as insurance thoroughly
4. Contribute to error-free and efficient day to day execution by directly taking on, documenting, and continuously improving tools and processes across various teams/categories as needed
5. Work cross-functionally to (re)-define, baseline, track and continuously improve our service delivery metrics
6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders to make the process hassle-free for the patient
7. Design and implement various techniques to increase the net promoter score
