Serv India Consultants SIC jobs - Operations

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on strategies or ideas of operations of all categories of SIC
2. Preparing a list of services that are performed in operations and also finding every possible detail such as the process of the service being performed, and preparing a timeline of each service, finding consultants who will perform these services, finding the documents required, finding authorities to be consulted, finding cost structure, and price points of every service of each and every category of SIC
3. Making packages to be offered to the customer, and developing the content of every service for the portal, etc.
4. Conducting researches on various websites and portals related to all categories of SIC
5. Studying previous research conducted by past teams at SIC
6. Identifying ways to make the platform the best of its kind in the current market
7. Working with founders to ideate, design, evaluate the operation flow design
8. Executing the operations flow design
