Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on correct & timely creation of order IDs in the system
2. Work on the cancellation & modifications of reservations, as per the request received
3. Work on the communication with the bookers & travelers (voice & email)
4. Work on the coordination with the servicing units for confirmation & allocation (voice & email)
5. Work on the tracking of service delivery (follow-up - voice & email)
6. Work on the escalation/services feedback handling with timely responses to the bookers/travelers (voice & email)
7. Work on attending to queries & timely responses (voice & email)
8. Work on reporting daily activities & handing them over to the reporting manager
