About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage a team of approximately 20-25 agents
2. Ensures that 100% of agents meet and/or exceed their overall KPIs (targets, customer satisfaction, and experience, quality, and productivity standards)
3. Provide consistent, balanced, and timely performance feedback on CSR performance
4. Ensure a positive work environment, continuous learning, and high-quality employment experience for your team
5. Provide leadership and manages all operational standards
6. Meets and exceed all department goals
7. Apply timely performance management standards and processes
8. Manage the day to day sales/service requests
9. Effectively communicate and manage changes in operating procedures and processes to ensure staff understanding, retention, and appropriate execution
10. Coach, develop and engage the CSR to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers
11. Inspire and motivate a team of callers to achieve individual and team targets
12. Create strong morale and spirit in his/her team
13. Initiate solutions to improve quality and productivity
14. Recognize the strengths and areas of improvements for all CSRs, and build developmental plans
