Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take end to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provide exceptional support to sellers
2. Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication
3. Provide prompt and efficient service to scale labs and merchants including the appropriate escalation of seller issues
4. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues
5. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures
6. Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed
7. Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
8. Seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channels including improvement suggestions
