Job Description

About the internship
We are looking for a go-getter with 2 core qualities -

1. Eagerness to learn
2. Desire to outpace oneself constantly

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Empathizing with users
2. Managing and owning customer relations
3. Managing and owning shipping relations
4. Defining, monitoring, and ensuring the achievement of success milestones with customers
5. Managing inbound and outbound calls
6. Providing support over WhatsApp and Instagram
7. Ensuring order delivery rates are above standards
8. Ensuring optimal order movement by collaborating with shipping providers
9. Providing exceptional customer experience using proactive communications
