Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Following up with vendors and tracking the status of raw material and projects on a daily basis
2. Working closely with the procurement team to create a smooth supply chain for material (hardware/raw material/loose furniture)
3. Analyzing the consumption pattern of the raw material/ hardware and keeping a minimum inventory of them in the warehouse
4. Generating various excel reports on the delivery timeline of material, consumption pattern, production & delivery timeline of projects, etc.
5. Assisting the manager in strategizing the action plan for material deliveries, payments, and project execution at different sites and factory locations
6. Addressing the issues faced by vendors, invoicing team, PO team and resolving them
