Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualise strategy to ensure greater customer satisfaction
2. Manage day-to-day operations for smooth academic delivery
3. Synthesize the schedule of the classes as per given by the mentors and learners
4. Take responsibilty for frequent checkin's with learners on progress, feedback and communicate effectively to the team with solutions

1. Clear communicator: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights

2. Explorer: The ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data; define and work on multiple tasks and complete work within deadlines.

3. Self-starter attitude is a must

4. Balance attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well, balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong Excel/data management skills
