About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Entry and Maintenance: Updating customer information in the CRM system for accuracy
2. Campaign Support: Assisting in executing CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and other channels
3. Analytics Assistance: Helping analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
4. Content Creation: Contributing to developing content for CRM communications, like email templates, newsletters, and social media posts
5. Customer Research: Researching target audiences to inform segmentation and personalization strategies
6. Administrative Support: Providing general support to the CRM team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files
7. Learning and Development: Actively participating in training to understand CRM principles, tools, and techniques better
8. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in CRM efforts
