About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage quality control and operations for chocolate manufacturing
2. Manage the chocolate production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets, and work on meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs & ensuring the required best working practices are always maintained
3. Work on plant production, financial performance, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities
4. Communicate and liaise with department managers
5. Manage, coach, and develop a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements
6. Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
7. Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan
