Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Setup and carry out the onboarding process for the customer along with custom making proposals for the clients
2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
4. Work with the sales and the customer success team to propose customer retention solutions
5. Build positive relationships with customers and business associates
6. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
7. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
8. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
9. Preferred skill: Canva
