About Union Living

A network of design, high-quality student accommodations, Union Living is establishing a network of student accommodations. With fully furnished rooms and communal spaces accommodating student needs which have been researched in-depth, we aim to localize student residences varying from different colleges, the short-term focus being the Navi Mumbai market. The ideal notion is to render the best service at a cheaper price.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the union workflow from project initiation to completion including raising POs, through to leasing/ acquiring properties and marketing
2. Working on a lead generation mechanism and communicating with potential leads
3. Coordinating with all the parties involved on behalf of the founders and anticipating unfavorable events through the tracking and analyzing of data, using this data to prepare control strategies
4. Applying sales development best practices with email, phone, and social outreach to connect with new prospects
