Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment
2. Working on inventory management
3. Processing customer quotes and sales orders
4. Monitoring and investigating all orders to minimize fraud
5. Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns
6. Identifying operational problems, suggesting solutions, and independently resolving issues
7. Interacting routinely (telephone and email) with customers, sales team, vendors, and warehouses
8. Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand
9. Developing new business opportunities and leads
10. Managing and solving logistical problems
11. Processing return merchandise authorizations
12. Managing the website content (product information and pictures)
13. Coordinating with management and suppliers through emails
14. Ensuring a high level of customer service to retain customers
15. Managing front and back-end of tracking customer orders and ensuring the successful delivery of the products
16. Assisting in website updates
