Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the management of office employees
2. Engaging in data management and the management of correspondence
3. Organizing the office and assisting associates in ways that optimize procedures
4. Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
5. Creating and updating records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
6. Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments
7. Monitoring the level of supplies and handling shortages
8. Using back-office computer systems (ERP software)
