About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Analyze and report product malfunctions to the product team
4. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
5. Monitor and engage customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
6. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
8. Gather customer feedback and share it with our product and marketing team
9. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information to initiate the on-boarding process for different categories
10. Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
11. Segregating the users in the right category by calling the users to improve the quality of the product
12. Work cross-functionally with various teams
