We, at La Opulencia, are offering a 3-months internship program as an assistant manager operations. In the 3 months, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning and execution of all event/brand management/product launch meetings and events too. This position is the primary liaison to the company's 3rd party vendors meeting planning organizing the project, as such the position you will be assisting and bridging the gap between divisional needs, corporate needs, and AD's 3rd party capabilities, requirements, and contractual obligations. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all AD meetings and special events are well-executed and upholding the high standards of AD's brand. Additionally, the position is tasked to capture synergies and share best practices across all divisions to drive efficiencies & continuous improvements, and potential economies of scale.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
2. Liaising and negotiating with vendors
3. Negotiating sponsorship deals
4. Handling logistics
5. Updating senior management
6. Managing branding and communication
7. Developing event feedback surveys
8. Handling post-event reports
