About Sun9Services

We are developing a mobile application (iOS and Android) which will be in the 'social-ed-tech sector'. We will be providing live online classes on creative skills.

About the internship

We are launching our mobile app (iOS and Android) in June. This mobile app will be in the ed-tech sector providing live classes (art, music, yoga, etc.).

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Work on successfully onboard creative teachers on the platform
2. Resolve teacher and student queries, issues regarding booking of classes, or payments
3. Understand the product, and manage all operational work
4. Work with the digital marketing team to promote app, classes, attract and retain students
5. Work on CRM tools like Zoho and Google Analytics
6. Prepare daily and weekly reports
7. Work with the digital marketing team to collaborate and bring new ideas
