Moglix caters to the business procurement need through its flagship e-commerce platform which is completely GST compliant. Moglix has also launched its own GST S/W Green GST to help its customers become fully GST compliant in their full-scale business.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the suppliers' pick up plan and ensure that pick up SLAs are met
2. Manage delivery plans based on internal KPIs and achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall OTIF
3. Manage product-related, fulfillment-related or process-related queries from the customer that occur on the platform
4. Coordinate with teams for an end to end order status from supplier pickups with delivery (order life cycle)
5. Maximize the appropriate use of technology to improve order efficiency and thus improving the customer experience
6. Ensure excellent internal communication with business units and customer service team to help foster a customer-centric culture
7. Identify opportunities throughout the process to minimize operating costs
8. Drive the development and implementation of policies and procedures throughout customer service to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
9. Develop and deliver the people agenda to promote best in class service
10. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the end to end order lifecycle is completed within the timeframe
