We are seeking an Operations Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing logistics and supply chain operations, and negotiating with vendors. The ideal candidate will possess basic MS Excel skills and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure that they adhere to the terms of the contract
• Ensure that vendors deliver high-quality goods and services on time and within budget
• Resolve any issues that arise with vendors

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
• Oversee inventory management to ensure that optimal levels are maintained
• Monitor logistics and supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement
• Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Conduct negotiations with vendors to obtain the best possible prices and terms
• Develop and maintain negotiation strategies and tactics
• Prepare and submit proposals to vendors
• Review vendor contracts and ensure that they are legally compliant

Key Skills:

• Ability to use basic MS Excel functions, such as data entry, formatting, and simple calculations
• Knowledge of more advanced functions, such as pivot tables and charts, is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
