o To come out with strategies to get prominent group of users to all business models of Vivarttana.

o Involve in discussion of strategies to get prominent group of users to different service models @Vivarttana

o Responsible for the timely release of business models and the discussed activities related to it.

o Assist in exploring, implement and maintain any government projects for Vivarttana.

Manage agendas/appointments/vendors/business clients etc. for the upper management
Monitor website functions and social media profiles
Monitoring Digital Marketing - Vivarttana face book and Instagram profile and Face book marketing
The ideal candidate should be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Assists in planning and arranging events / training sessions
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Monitors trainers and students.
Maintains stock lists and orders, office supplies as needed
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Skills to pull required data from internet
Excellent Time Management Skills
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
