• Manager day to day operations for a team of 70 - 100 employees. (Inclusive of SME /T.L /Agents)
• Demonstrated skills and competencies in assessment, problem solving, practices /Policy administration / Interpretation.
•Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi task and juggle simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and manage all to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management skills and ability to proactively partner with the required clients (in case).
• Proficient with Microsoft office products like windows, word, excel and power point required.
• Manager day to day employee related issues by providing appropriate resolution
• Promote employee engagement and retention through effective HR Best practice programs. Key Attributes:

• Excellent analytical & Communication Skills
