Job Responsibilities :

1.Ensure for outage report generations, validation & sign off with E// , OPCO & all OME partners on every month .
2.Responsible for outage sign off as per SLA
3.Tracking of repeated outages & closing infra , Estate & partner issues timely for service penalty reductions .
4.KPI sign off as per agreement
