We are looking for a rockstar Operations  Manager to join our LilPinwheel team

Position Overview:

Join us as an Operations Manager and play a central role in delivering high-quality, handmade products. You'll oversee diverse functions from order management to online sales channel development, ensuring our brand's promise is consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment, essentially managing end to end order management
• Optimize logistics for efficient supply chain management.
• Develop production schedules to meet demand and inventory targets.
• Source materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
• Manage stock to prevent excess or obsolete inventory.
• Scheduled reporting and enhance internal reporting systems and SOPs.

Accounting:

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliations on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting
• GTR and TDS returns laisoning with CA
• Invoicing and vendor accounting management
  

Marketplaces & Website Management:

• List and keep the stock upto date and organized on all online sales channels
• Maintain accurate product catalog and inventory.
• Collaborate with brands and vendors for optimal product listings.
• Manage logistics for online sales, including shipping and returns.
• Oversee payment cycles with online marketplaces.
  

Office Management:

• Lead and support office staff.
• Ensure a productive and organized office environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in operations management and supply chain.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proven track record in online sales channel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in operations management software/tools.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
