Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree in any field
• Work experience of 0-5 years.
• Understanding of word, Excel sheet
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Communicate Effectively
• Act with Integrity

Brief Job Description:

·        New hunting of clients

·        Training of candidates

·        Managing all centers

·        Identification of new clients/corporates

·        Posting of JDs

·        Handling of data records.

·        Reporting to Heads and managing staff records and employee engagement activities

·        Arranging training sessions for the centers.

·        Arranging meetings with CEOs and other CXOs.

·        Tie-up with new clients (big MNCs).

·        Flexible to move on the field for their end to end placement process.

·        Work closely with placement team to ensure quality tie ups and placements.

·        Ensuring calling and lead conversion of Hrs.

·        Data management.

·        Maintenance of files and records, Tracking reports of all candidates of all centers.

·        Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

·        Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Salary: Upto 4 lakhs per annum
