About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing potential candidates using conventional & innovative ways and technology platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Naukri, and our internal database
2. Working closely with our client recruiter to understand open roles and implementing the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for them
3. Partnering with the sales, product, marketing, design, and technical team to make sure the clients' requirement is fulfilled
4. Maintaining candidate trackers & weekly delivery reports and strongly adhering to the recruitment process
5. Working with the sales managers and executives to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals

1. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels

2. Must have a bachelor's or equivalent experience

3. 3-6 months of experience in the recruitment industry will be added advantage

4. Strong written and communication skills

5. Should be able to communicate directly with clients and be good in business emails

6. Must be self-sufficient

7. Should be able to work with little direct supervision
