Job Description

We are looking MBA freshers for handling day to day operations in the technical support department.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the software development team and international clients
  • Answering client queries.
  • Presenting a demo of the company's software products to the clients.
  • Raising invoices and payment follow-ups
  • Writing user manuals and shooting demo videos of the software.
  • Quality Testing of the software before sharing updates with the clients.
  • Taking client calls on Skype, WhatsApp and similar type of other channels
  • Setting configuration of the client software
  • Analyzing the logs and preparing logs reports.
