Operator recruitment in Jamnagar - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

Purpose of the Job

 Responsible for operating the machine as per Aggreko standards. (Follow QHSE requirements,

Operate machine, Maintain machine & site as per Aggreko standards, conduct daily checks & report to

Service team leader.)

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

 Compliance to QHSE & ISO 9001 -2015 Policy and Procedures.

 Chiller Troubleshooting

 Finding leakage and brazing

 Periodically Health checkup of all chillers

 Upcoming sites planning

 Site commissioning as per aggrekos standards.

 Maintain commissioning report

 To maintain the required gases stock

 As per site requirement to give material requirements.

 To maintain the service schedule of all TC accessories for Depot / Sites.

 To give prior intimation to customer for shut down for equipment servicing.

 Ensure immediate response and minimal disruption to client’s requirements.

 Ensure T C equipment working with Minimum down time.

 Responsible for maintaining tools & spares at site.

 Customer satisfaction externally & internally.

 Compliance with 24 hour call – out policy.

 Reporting all utilised stock items form depot stores.

 Ensure quality of workmanship to maintain and enhance performance of equipment

 Maintain and enhance relationships and communication on site with client.

 Report any fuel spills, incidents or issues within the policy of QHSE.

 Ensure Safety of people & material at site.

 Report consumption of spares & material at site.

 Should help engineers during trouble shooting for any manual work involved.

Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum qualification required ITI ( refrigeration/HVAC )

 Operation & maintenance of various models of chillers (Trane, SystemAir, Cristopia),AHU’s, cooling

tower etc. Minimum 4 to 5 Years of Experience in a similar industry.

 Hands on experience mandatory.

 Able to work long hours in demanding conditions under pressure.

 Recognized qualification of Electrical and/or Mechanical stream.

 Good command of Local language, spoken and written. (Should be able to write in English for maintain

the log books.

 Good Communication skills must be able to complete reports legibly.

 Ability to work in a team environment, but also on own initiative.

 Previous Experience with voltas /Carrier/.York/Trane HVAC (chillers) units

 Preference to candidates having hands on experience on brazing joints of chiller (condenser etc.)
