Roles and Responsibilities
· Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting
· Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.
· Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
· Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
· Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography
· Act as a liaison between candidate and management.
· Understanding of Niche IT skills in the market and must be able to educate students.
