4. Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates
5. Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.
6. Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a prior database of OPT candidates
7. Coordinating with them to get into Guest-house for strong interview preparations and easy placements
8. Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
