Provide day to day and project support for Oracle Applications; this includes but is not limited to: Managing all Oracle EBS instances managed by Client Cloning / patching of EBS and core databases Monitoring alerts from OEM for EBS and core databases Exposure to troubleshooting EBS and Database performance issues Exposure to production support on critical systems Working experience on operations Having scripting knowledge in Shell / Python / Pl SQL etc is an added advantage Communicate to stakeholders via standard methods (e.g. orally, email, ticket system). Resolve incidents and problems. Communication of same to stakeholders. Facilitate the promotion of application code, setups, databases and related components from the various levels of development through staging and production.
