Responsible for assisting in formulating and defining the technical scope and objectives for systems or packages through research and fact finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Provides application software development services, package system enhancements and technical support. Analyzes, designs, codes, configures, upgrades, customizes, tests, debugs, implement, maintains and /or enhances existing or new systems/packages and components. Prepared detailed program specifications and/or system documentation. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.

Technical Competence & Skills

• Must have 2+ Years experience using Oracle development tools – BI Publisher, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Must have 2+ years in PL/SQL, Java and XML programming.
• Must have experience working on projects and/or supporting Oracle development.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
• Ability to problem solve and offer solutions to business technical challenges.
• Knowledge of IT project management principles including analysis, design, development, testing and production support.
• Familiarity with customized IT solutions.
