The Oracle HCM Cloud Testing resources required with experience in Selenium Tool! 4 to 8 yrs.

Responsibilities:

• As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer in the HCM Cloud Product Development Team, you will be involved in all aspects of quality assurance activities for an innovative and fast-paced team. 
• Working closely with other Quality Engineers, Developers and Product Managers, you will contribute to the various testing activities of the Product (manual and automated) and ensure the product quality as the per the Organizational/Team Product Quality goals. 
• The scope of work includes providing testing estimates, defining test scenarios, creating appropriate test cases, good test coverage, execution and recording of defects and tracking them to closure.
• Develop, automate, execute and maintain test cases during each sprint of the agile life cycle environment in appropriate Test Automation tool.
•  Improve automated tests, framework and tool sets to meet best practices and standards.
• Participate in all Scrum Meetings, representing QA to provide estimates, test status and risk assessment.
• Document, investigate and communicate defects discovered during test execution
• Work closely with scrum team to understand features, articulate problems and influence the design and testing of our products.
• Contribute to process improvements and refinement of QA practices to deliver high quality product from release to release.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• An Engineering degree B.E, B. Tech / M. Tech or MCA
• A minimum of 3-8 years of total experience, which includes at least 3 years in to Automation testing.
• Experience in Testing for cloud based web applications and mobile-based applications on platforms like iOS and Android.
• In-depth experience using Selenium or equivalent automation tools
• Experience in developing Automation Framework for web based with Selenium, Python or any equivalent automation tools
• Knowledge and proficiency in user interface and usability techniques and tools
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Experience in quality assurance and experience working on a Scrum or other agile teams will be definite plus
