Job Title – Order Management Associate Siemens is looking for a professional to support order management in SAP SRM activities, striving for optimum conditions on an excellent base through pooling volumes and common strategies.
Maximizing the value contribution through an ideal order Management base. Support multiple stakeholder management including alignment with Global Sourcing Center – India, Global Commodity Management and Siemens IT (Global/Regional).
The ideal candidate must have the ability to self-manage workload, manage multiple projects in parallel, set target dates, meet deadlines, follow processes and implement commodity strategy.
This is your role. What part will you play? Understand requirements from service owners and evaluate the service description and get an offer from Supplier Connect with suppliers to get offer and Negotiate, Review the offer with relevant stakeholders, received from the provider Required documentation is to support order management in SAP SRM Tracking SAP SRM queries and PO Reporting on Demand vs PO Proactive identification of contract expiry and follow up with service owners to conclude extensions Set up and manage periodic performance MIS reporting for order management trends and SLA Manage escalations, disputes and grievances regarding provider issues Further develop the portfolio of Order Management as an internal service to the Siemens IT organization.
Grow the scope and quality of the service portfolio. Develop and ramp up new services.

Candidate must be an effective communicator (both written and oral English language),good interpersonal relationship skills in an international and intercultural environment, strong analytical skills, track record in problem solving and managing escalations are key expectations Strong background in Order management Strong follow up skills Ability to build process from scattered scope of work Candidate must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. German Language proficiency will be great added advantage Knowledge and experience with IT service management, ITIL, IT project management SAP SRM ordering process knowledge Self-driven, results oriented, able to work independently based on strategic targets Entrepreneurial thinking and able to consider and manage financial impacts International experience with global projects and collaboration with intercultural team is preferred We are looking forward to receiving your online application.
