ROTATIONAL SHIFT
• 24 hours operation
• 3 shifts (7 am -3 pm) (3 pm- 11 pm) (11 pm to 7 am)

Duties and Responsibility
• The ORM Executive is responsible for online complaints receiving, tracking, and analyzing
the same by giving them proper responses.
• Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional
consumer experience with each contact via Twitter and Facebook.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Continuously monitoring /Tracking the complaints of the brand on outlets, e.g. Twitter and
Facebook.
• Understand the level of the complaint and analyze and manage online statuses.
• Discuss and respond and continuously follow in case of any confusion on complaints and on
updates received.
• Maintain TAT within 5 minutes.
• Email all actionable cases excluding Power Outage, Street Light and Theft cases
