The team will be responsible for the Front to Back Processing of Trade Confirmations via Paper or Electronic methods. The team interacts with internal and external partners globally. We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firms D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global Conduct and Ethics Standards Key Responsibilities include Review, preparation, chasing and execution of ISDA trade confirmations (Structured and Vanilla),applying information from term-sheet, transaction advice, broker confirmation, counterpartys confirmation and trade booking systems. Review and resolve queries on confirmations with front office, trade management and other departments to acquire additional information as required to resolve discrepancies. Negotiation and managing discrepancies raised on the confirmations with the counterparties. Trade affirmation for the purpose of risk mitigation and prevention of unauthorised trading. Seek to deliver proactive, prioritised service to all clients, with special attention to Key Accounts and Platinum clients. Committed to deliver results in compliance with regulatory requirements- T 1/T 2 Matching. Demonstrate initiative to participate in projects and process enhancements. Checks through all queues at EOD to ensure outstanding trades are reported promptly in accordance with the guidelines. Checks the group mailbox to ensure all queries are responded to and actioned by EOD. Coordinate with vendor team to address queries and ensure all Key Performance Indicators and KRIs are achieved. Degree relevant to financial services and/or prior experience of financial services would be advantageous Product understanding for Interest Rate Products, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and FX. Understanding of ISDA Documentation Structure Previous negotiations or documentations experience in relation to OTC derivative trade confirmations preferable Minimum 3 years relevant working experience within OTC Derivatives Proactive and highly motivated with a willingness to learn Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written High level of integrity and dedicated to working in a changing and challenging environment as well as work under pressure.
