Job Responsibilities

Ensure executive dashboard is delivered on time to stakeholders to the highest standards of accuracy. Provide executive summary to highlight key issues via a regular reporting cycle.
Ensure core metrics are captured and reported effectively, proactively develop metric interpretation, sourcing and accuracy.
Identify key trends and indicators within data sets.
Communicate clearly and simply to non-digital savvy audiences.
Build/maintain partnerships and relationships with stakeholders, business users and third parties including the proactive management of OTT team analytics and insight needs.
Provide expert digital analytics and be an expert resource for other departments and regional businesses to interact with.
Become an expert in customer and product data and how it can be analysed, modelled and transformed to provide internal stakeholders with the insight and information they need to drive the SVOD and AVOD business models across different territories.
Prioritise and apply rigorous analysis to deliver insights: Churn, customer acquisition and retention rates/costs, AVOD (e.g. break pattern structuring),user content consumption and navigational patterns.
Create, own and apply lifetime value modelling directly linked to a statistically valid test matrix. Ensure robust implementation of test program and application of results to future plans.
Apply pricing analytics and lifetime value (LTV) modelling to bring insight to the balance between volume and yield for SVOD customers.
Recognise and apply appropriate techniques in the analysis of data to meet a variety of business needs including content programming, product development, customer acquisition, churn management and pricing.
Support and consult the rest of the analytics team and other stakeholders of data within the business in how best to apply analytical techniques to the data.
Answer requests from business users of data for insight and reports to extract commercial value from data across UK and appropriate regional businesses.
Demonstrate an understanding of television/broadcast business terminology in order to facilitate cross-functional Requirements:
Excellent data analysis skills, ability to perform modelling analytics.
Ability to combine data from multiple sources when needed for analysis
Self-starter. Ability to work under direction but also work with initiative to over-deliver.
Strong written and oral communication. Able to write and present to non-digital savvy audiences.
